This Gas Spring Durability Tester Machine is designed for testing gas spring used by various industries e.g.bicycles, office chairs, furniture, mattress, cars..etc.

Gas Spring Durability Tester Machine Functions:

• Able to test 2 gas lefts at the same time.
• Test height range: 0 ~ 500mm, adjustable.
• Accuracy : ±1%
• Load: 20 ~ 500kg, accuracy: ±1%
• Displacement: 0 ~ 500mm , accuracy: ±1%
• Control method: PLC + POD (programmable operation display)
• Control mode: constant force, test time set, test frequency set, test date set, break test, intermittence set.
• The machine is operated via the corresponding POD(programmable operation display) system. One touch operation functions are easy for test. A test result will show as soon as the test is complete.
• When complete test, can print testing results and data for examination.
• Fully automatic operation: Place test specimen in test base, by pressing button, test will be performed.

  – When test specimen is broken, the air cylinder returns to original position and the tester stops.

Safety Protection :

• Maximum capacity pre-set: Once the pre-set level is reached, the machine stop automati-cally.
• Maximum displacement pre-set: Once the pre-set level is reached, the machine stop auto-matically.
• Self monitoring of electric track closure, triggering automatic machine stoppage.
• Automatic detection of breakdown point while the test specimen breaks.
• Upper and lower limit with micro switch equipment: to protect machine mechanism, as incorrect use of this tester may result in property damage.
