Applicability:

This tester is designed to test office chairs.

Machine Mechanism:

1. Testing force and frequency can be pre-set.
2. Equipped with a protection cover.
3. with displacement measurement function.
4. The machine is operated via the corresponding POD(programmable operation display) system. One touch operation functions are easy for test. A test result will show as soon as the test is complete.
5. Control system: adopt precision proportion valve via a pneumatic valve driver.
6. Control mode: constant force, test time set, test frequency set.
7. Control method: PLC + POD (programmable operation display)
8. Selectable units of system – kg, N, lb.
9. Test space: width: 1000mm, length: 1500mm

Safety protection:

1. Maximum capacity pre-set: Once the pre-set level is reached, the machine stop autom-atically.
2. Maximum displacement pre-set: Once the pre-set level is reached, the machine stop a-utomatically.
3. Self monitoring of electric track closure, triggering automatic machine stoppage.
4. Automatic detection of breakdown point while the test specimen breaks.
5. Upper and lower limit with micro switch equipment: to protect machine mechanism, as incorrect use of this tester may result in property damage.
6. Test report is printed once complete test.
7. Conforms to national standard – Meets national standard requirement.
