Purpose of Test:

This tester is to evaluate the strength and durability of a stroller as it travels on irregular surface. The stroller wheel repeated impact on uneven surface is to test the stroller for damage or change in structure.

• Test time: 0 – 999 hours
• The surface of the rig comprises two types of obstacles.
• Motor: 5HP AC motor to carry the conveyor of the test equipment.
• The frequency that the obstacles impact wheels: 30 cycles / per min.
• Test speed RPM: adjustable
• Available to test 2pcs of strollers at the same time.
• Control method: PLC + POD (programmable operation display)
• One touch operation functions are easy for test. A test result will show as soon as the test is complete.
  – Auto control the test frequency.
  – Max. test time pre-set: Once the pre-set level is reached, the machine stop automatically.
  – Auto End Point: Automatic detection of breakdown point while the test specimen breaks.
  – With Warning alarm, loud audible signal to alert the user problems.
